Hriddhi Doley

Born and raised in Assam, Hriddhi’s roots are deeply grounded in the lush green fields, riverbanks, and the vibrant culture of his homeland. A proud alumnus of Cotton College and IIT Guwahati, he went on to earn his MBA from IIM Calcutta and later completed a Master’s in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Sydney. Professionally, Hriddhi is a senior technology leader and currently serving as the Head of Technology at Barbeques Galore Pty Ltd, where he drives innovation and digital transformation across the organisation. His career has taken him across India, the Middle East, and now Australia, yet Assam remains close to his heart. He fondly remembers the monsoon rains, the fragrance of xoru saulor pitha, Bihu celebrations, and the warmth of community life that shaped his values. Hriddhi and his wife Madhu, moved to Australia in 2018 and now have a 4-year-old adorable daughter, Eliana. For him, the Assamese community here represents a home away from home, a place to reconnect with roots, culture, and shared memories. He is passionate about keeping the Assamese spirit alive for the next generation and cherishes the sense of belonging that binds the community together.
