Vishnu was born and brought up in Guwahati, Assam. Graduating from Assam Engineering College he ventured out to acquire Post Graduate degrees from the School of Management (SOM), Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok; Helsinki School of Education Business Administration (HSEBA), Helsinki; and ESCP-EAP, Paris. He began his professional journey as a Telecommunication exec, which started off in India and led him to live and work in Thailand, Malaysia, Germany, Finland, and Australia. He now lives in Sydney, with his wife Ranjima, daughter Diya, and son Ayush. Being a competitive swimmer in his youth, he loves maintaining his fitness through self- developed exercise regimes incorporating swimming, calisthenics and Yoga techniques. Growing up, his exposure to the flora and fauna of Assam, has instilled in him a special sense of passion & pride towards the unique ecosystem and wildlife that the North-East of India is home to. Vishnu is a lifelong student of understanding varied cultures and people from different geographies. He is starting to be an avid student of gardening currently and dabbles a bit in picking up cooking skills, using his family as the proverbial ‘experimental guinea pigs’.
